Tiffany is a great personal trainer. I have never enjoyed going to the gym, but, now I love it. She gradually pushes me to workout harder and it gets easier the more I do it. Tiffany is an amazing trainer as well as a great person. She’s very flexible around training sessions, ensuring I get the number of sessions I want. Also, during Covid-19 lockdown she emailed workout plans to me weekly. Tiffany tailors workouts to target the specific areas I want to work on as well as ensuring we do all body workouts regularly. As I improve she pushes me harder towards goals and also advises me on nutrition. Tiffany keeps the workouts fresh and fun, motivating me all the time.
